  1. the numbers are really getting low on ebay now.i should get me one again.had it before years ago but had to sell it.

  2. Would be keen to see you add an electro luminescent backlight to one of you gameboy pockets (if its possible). Cheers!

  3. what kind of pants are people wearing when they can't fit a normal gameboy in pocket? i always have big pockets for stuff now. never understood why people say they can't fit something in there pocket. if they are that small get better clothes

  4. I have a Gameboy Light bought when I was a kid because couldn't afford Gameboy Color 😌 Anyway mine has screen burn without playing it much, what actually causes it?

  5. In my area i have bin seeing "Wonder Swan" pocket handheld and "Neo Geo Pocket." It would be really cool to see you review, show and fix these systems as well. They are very retro and very interesting as well! Great channel. I enjoy it very much.

  6. Bought a used Game Boy Advance SP (backlit model AGS-101) 'Pearl Blue' color in 2013 from a retro video game shop, and it still had the box and everything with it for $70. I had the original clunky Game Boy when it first came out in 1989, was into it for a few years but stuck playing more often with the main video game consoles (NES, SNES, N64, etc.) instead of the handheld console. Chased down a black Game Boy Pocket brand new still sealed in box off Ebay in 2010, and then bought a used Game Boy Advance (Indigo color) in 2017. Have the Game Boy Player device for the Nintendo GameCube too, and the Nintendo DS Lite was the last DS model compatible with GBA games with the cartridge slot. Don't have either Game Boy Light or Game Boy Color devices though.

  7. I love that you use Solar Striker. It was such a terrible game, but was one of the first games I got. Fond memories

  8. Thank you so much for your channel! You have inspired me to pick up and refurbish my old Gameboy Pocket again. Love my emulators but nothing beats the excitement i get from the real thing. Hope you're doing well and looking forward to your future uploads.

  9. Dude these things are amazing. I already have a gbc, gba and a gb micro but I am keen to try and add one of these to my collection

  10. I use to have gameboy light when i was a kid. But i sold it to my friend so cheap. But now i regret selling it because it is quite rare to find one in my country. Great video elliot, always look forward for your next video

  11. Another great video.

I haven't played on actual GB hardware in forever, and seeing that ghosting on the GB Light (which was also the last addition to my collection) reminded me of how bad those screens were overall.

  12. i got an ags 101 with case, headphones and about 10 games at a local thrift store for 23$ in good condition no less

  13. Hey Elliot, Quik question for you, is the gameboy pocket expensive in the uk ? Because here in canada it is so i was wondering. Im only 14 years old and i would love receive a pink gameboy pocket for my 15 birday even tho i have a Switch x) I just find retro gaming so much interesting than modern one. Also great vidéo as well 😉 Keep it up dude !

  14. Hi Elliot, what do you think of these gba ags 101 screens? Do you think they're legit? Cheers! https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com.au%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F222851190796
