  4. Hi, thanks for the video but it did not work for me. When I click on the Change button next to Owner: TrustedInstaller I do not get the pop-up in the video. Instead I get a very similar looking window to the original "Advanced Security Settings for…" window. It is even titled the same but there are different options toward the bottom. However, all of them are grayed out. Help please.
